About Ruth

As humans we are taught that stress is our legacy.
It doesn't have to be.
Ruth Myers
Ruth Myers as a child

Having stood with people fraught with heavy emotion from wieldy diagnoses (HIV, cancer, Alzheimer’s); hopelessness; life circumstance-I have seen the darkness and the beauty of the human spirit. I see the divine spark in All without judging the presentation.

Years ago I met “Animal Speak’s” prolific author Ted Andrews who described me as a “Giver of Joy”. Originally, I thought this a codependent descriptor but now I acknowledge my unusual approach.

Perhaps like Mary Poppins, I give you a few of my favorite things: everything I offer can help individuals and groups improve regardless of the veil the mind may create. Related in their simplicity and power for mind and body activation, these offerings serve for your own self care (as I finally learned), general holistic health, or for deeper work. I simply love to do them all and can't give any of them up.
